Question is if people are already aware. Sometimes life comes in-between, distracts you and makes you forget things, and if there is no "heads-up!" (missing email notifications)... but we'll see. Maybe they're still eagerly working on the material.

Uh-oh.

Um, maybe both check mailboxes?
EyesHigh76, you might want to check sent mails and even drafts (maybe it wasn't sent but remained as a draft? happened to me once), check also sent mails for the date when it was send (an to the correct address?), maybe that helps Maggie to check if something arrived.
Maggie might look at inbox, older mails, Spam, subdirectories ("folders") - maybe it was automatically moved elsewhere due to a filter rule?

I don't have a submission in any of my boxes or folders.

Last I heard EyesHigh76 was sending her artwork in mid October, so I sent her my email. I even sent a direct email (not via the group) to her late October asking about her submission and never received a response. So when the deadline came and went I assumed she just wasn't able to finish it in time.

Unless I've gone crazy which is a possibility.
