I don't know if this has been addressed or not as I didn't see anything about it, but with the idea that only one emotion may be used, does it make a difference that the same emotion be used under a different term? I have noticed that this does appear to exist already in the list, but these terms mean the same thing. For example, serene is basically the same as peaceful; serene is already chosen, so would peaceful be acceptable?

I think it's been discussed a bit but not to any real extent.

Basically if it isn't on the list yet you can use it, even if it is just a more subtle nuance of another emotion. We're all going to interpret the emotions differently anyway, we could probably have an entire calendar devoted to "happy" and it would still be great to see how everyone interprets the emotion.

Hopefully I will finish my quarterly contribution that I already started between August and September. As last year, I have two weeks holiday in October and planning to devote my time to my calendar contribution .

I have a very busy summer, so mine won't get started until September, when I have a long vacation. But usually once I start it's done soon, so hopefully that same month.

I'm just about to send out a notice to find out about that. People signed up and gave me their elves/emotions but I haven't heard anything from most of them in awhile. I'll get back to you as soon as I know Silentleaf.

Of course you are more than welcome to send in another entry if you like, I wouldn't say no to that.

Hi MAGGIE and SILENTLEAF

I am ready to send one of my entries to Silentleaf to color. Do I use to same specs and regs to do that as entering ?

I worry that it is framed within a 11x14 piece of paper. Does it have to be on a 8.5x11. I believe I can cut it down by shrinkage on the copier if that is so. I have never drawn Anything so BIG in my life - it was really much harder than I thought (hence) the late goes around.

Let me know.

@ Silentleaf - - so sorry to give you only two weeks to color. You can pass off the second one if you need to - many have offered to color. Maybe ask Maggie about who can help ?

Manual solution : Copy @ 88% unto 11x14. Cut out with new 12% border. Scan . Send.

Mine is looking really good! I don't have the markers I need at the moment, and it is super frustrating, I want to jump to coloring NOW!
