He's a fan character. I don't think they ever said in canon who Redlance's parents are, but in this universe, his parents are Wornfoot and Littletree, Littletree having been the daughter of Kaslen and Kalil's Firstborn Treedancer (hence the "grandson of a treeshaper". Littletree didn't inherit her mother or grandmother's gift, it skipped a generation).

Vaya is awesome! Kahvi's my all-time fave character, and from what we got to see of her daughter, she kicked just as much butt. So heck yeah I had her brought back to life

Yes, Kali/Mountaindew is the visitor to the Wo2M who makes the storyline take a big right turn and veer away from canon. XD

Probably fairly confusing, but they seem to be okay with it! In canon, it's kind of implied that elf-souls might be powerful enough (at least away from the Wo2M) to shape new bodies for their souls, but that they just prefer spirit-form. That makes no sense to me, since Timmain explained the High Ones chose physical form because it means experiencing pleasure.

It took me like six years start to finish, but that's mostly because I kept getting distracted with other projects. xD

It's only a couple years after the end of the Quest. Her hair grows back out, it just takes a while! Remember, it was still short at the beginning of KoBW, too.

This alternaverse is basically all just serotonin-oozing wish fulfilment.

Oh, Rain has his work cut out for him in the Sun Village for sure with Leetah absent—not that he needs to force any Recognitions at this point! XD

Everything up through Siege at Blue Mountain happened in this storyline about the same as it did in canon. Tyldak, Aroree, and Winnowill still survived the fall of Blue Mountain. Tyldak will be showing up in more of my comics later.

Yep, Picknose and his family are here because most of Return to Innocence takes place interrupting the beginning of the Kings of the Broken Wheel timeline—so, it's just like the scene where Rayek flew the Palace to the Sun Village in canon, except in this universe it's packed with a bunch of elves that got brought back to life XD

Thanks! I noticed Elfmom doing a sort of "counter-lighting" in almost all of her art, but didn't think much of it until I gave it a shot, and discovered that BOY does it make stuff pop and actually look 3D. Never regretted the decision ^_^

Well, Timmain wouldn't have loved him if he weren't a sweet and sensitive guy who's willing to talk about his feelings! (I mean, we did see in the very first issue of the Original Quest that he's one of the rare men willing to ask for directions…which turned out badly for him >_<)
