Ehhhee, well, it was supposed to be Eyes High at the top and right, Cutter and Skywise at the bottom like the first issue (One of my fav scenes as a kid) Drawn from a different angle. Thou' I gotta admit I kinda like your version too.
But when it comes to the stars, I have been told about the hunter in the sky. One of three easiest constellations to see in the nightsky. (Among Ursa Minor and Cassiopea) I had never been able to see the wolf myself, so I had to search it up and place it where it fit the story thou'... I can do a quick linework to show the constellations if yer need/want that?

Augh. I was quite worried about this picture, because the theme was a bit over my head, so it makes me really happy that... And animated, Midnight? Hmm. Interessting. I wonder if I would be able to try that?
Also a little fun fact about it? If you see where Skywise points at, it's some glowy seablue stars? It's actually two star constellations, The hunter (Odin) and the wolf. So it matches the story... Eh, yeah.

It's actually just a 10 min play-around in SAI/Photoshop. Nothing requiring any form of skills or knowledge, but thanks to both of you.

Hehh. I start with drawing solid black circles and squares, just to make a similar form to what I'm supposed to draw. Then I use the eraser to draw the lines and scratch out the form. Color is put on afterwards, either with textures or just plain colorblendings. All is done in SAI with a wacom bamboo.
This is... My third? picture with that style. It's kinda fun to work with. Easy even.

Personally I'm really fond of blue and green eyes. I can't think of anything prettier than a girl with big green/blue eyes. Ghhhh <3 But I haven't seen anyone with purple eyes, so purrhaps that's the reason.
Why do everyone know so much small details about the series? Am I the only one who doesn't care about stuff like that... Untill I gotta draw them, that is.

Startear: At the elfquest site it said that she had blue eyes. So I drew blue eyes, since I didn't see the color in my ref pictures. Ehehhhe.
Amberfox: The ears are just how I draw ears. All kinds of ears, actually. Sorry 'bout the missunderstanding. And I know... About the eye thingie, I'm just way to bad at actually using that information when I draw. Gotta work harder. Draw more. ThnQ for the nudge thou'.
