I made a sketch Tyleet (again...!) some time ago, and one of Rayek today.
Not really intended to be a pair, but I figured the colors and styles sort of matched, so I put them together.

The title is shamelessly borrowed from a 19th century poem talking about, yes, elves.

Drawing trees is fun! I should do that more often.

It's supposed to be Brownberry, but probably looks like Moonshade.
All my dark-curly-haired elves tend to look like Moonshade.

I've had this portrait of Winnie lying around since Christmas, 90% finished...
It's like some of my pictures need a three-month-pause (or more) before I see what they lack. 
In this case it was more cobwebs and lots and lots of strands of hair

Dunno if it shows, but I tried experimenting with a different sketching/coloring technique on Nightfall here.

Usually I just do the rough sketch and then go all color crazy, drawing everything on very few layers. And I never do "real" outlines. My messy brain…

Working too much on the calendar is messing with my head, so I needed to make something quick and weird and not featuring Mender. Or any of the other characters I'm drawing for the calendar.

That is, "Treetrunk".
(No, it doesn't sound any better in Norwegian.)

I love Tyleet's somewhat "atypical" design. At first I didn't ("Her hair is the shape of a christmastree!?") , but she's really grown on me.

An old picture of Redlance in his cubhood (is that a word...?? ). I'm not awfully happy with this, so I've never posted it. But since I don't have the time to do draw anything new these days, and didn't feel like leaving my gallery for dead... here goes anyway!

Sigh... those "old" characters from the days of the ten chiefs just get to me...and provide an endless well of inspiration!

Edit: oh the shame! I just realized she has no elf-ears! Argh...I'll leave it as-is...for now.
