Took a break from my calendar submission to draw this. I really love the bit in Hidden Years where Dewshine is so excited that Scouter and Tyleet have Recognized each other that she's just gotta dance about it. So I drew them all dancing! (With a little help from the internet for poses)

Awww, that was a lovely scene indeed! The poses are so great! Love their joyous expressions. You make drawing look so simple!

This idea is awesome! I love the poses a lot, I think Drewshines clothes fits perfect to a dancer with all the fringes. I also love the color coded shading. That's a good idea! And their feet, especially Scouter and Tyleets are soooo cute!

This is adorable and gives me an idea for a calendar theme, EQ in Motion...
Kind of like our Action theme, only when I think of action I think of fighting or leaping off off a wolf onto a zwoot. Something exciting like that. I would love to see a calendar with more of this type of drawing. The elves are very lyrical and lythe, and it would be fun to try and capture that for 12 months. |
