“Please… Teir …”
She opened her eyes wide, despite the wind blasting her face. They glowed purple, the color of a bruise. Tears like dreamberry juice tracked down the gaunt lines of her face.
“Please, Teir,” she implored. “Make it stop! I can’t bear it anymore. You have to…” she pressed her hands over her ears. “Make the singing stop!”
Teir awoke with a start.

Whoa! Terrific scene. I like it how the blizzard makes her seem more desperate somehow.

Whoa, very dramatic and compelling! Don't know the story behind it, but you can just feel the intensity of the event. The work on her outfit really makes it come alive, and the blizzard effect really adds to the image. I hope Vaeri really enjoyed this!
