Bidding Farewell
by Treefox
This is a pic of young Winnie as she's saying goodbye to the outside world and is about to move into Blue Mountain. Pretty cheap symbolism with the flowers and colors, but it was so much fun to draw.

Oh, I remember this one! One of my favorites of yours.... *grabs it to be laptop desktop* Probably my favorite fan art of "young winnowill"
(I wouldn't say the symbolism is cheap at all. It's straightforward, yes, but it's just the right degree for this picture. Some things are "classics" for a reason.) |

It's a gorgeous drawing, and the mood really makes you think what she must be considering. She almost seems to be at once pensive, afraid, and ready to seal herself away in the mountain tomb.
I love the work you did on her dress; has a sparkling, shimmering quality to it. |

I do remember this lovely piece from back when, and I adore young Winne art. Her dress is rendered especially fine. The sentimental look is fitting for the work.

Lovely feedback, thank you all! Concerning the dress, I was really unsure, if I could blend green and violet together and just went for it. It turned out way better than I could have imagined. I guess sometimes it's good to take a risk.
