I cannot see the full-size pic...
However, it is great to see these two rascals having some fun, as we rarely see any fanart of them, especially Sust! The colors are so pretty and the warmly lit forest looks so inviting! I want to join them in their fun! |

I don't really know these characters at all. I mean, I know who they are but not much about them. This scene makes them out to be a couple of good natured rascals which I like. I think EQ could use a few more "Pike" types.

I can't see the fullsize picture either
But the colours of the tree are really pretty and of course Sust would be the one to have to literally pull his wolf down from a tree lmao. Good job on the expressions as well! |

Now that is a lively scene! The image looks like it was done with dofferent techniques. The darker wolf reminds me of how powerful larger dogs (e.g. German Sheperds) can be, even if they're just playing. The can develop quite some force and you need all hands to get them back to the ground.
(b.t.w. fullsize works for me) |

Thank you for the comments.
Because there is so little (fan-)art of Pool and Sust and their wolves, I thought it would be something new and challenging. I don't know if anyone spotted the Treewee in the tree, but I wanted to leave it to the audiance if this would be a scene where Pool is laughing because he did a payback prank towards Sust or that Pool is just laughing because Sust is, as usual, getting into trouble. Because Sust is the rebel and Pool is the nice lovely lad... is he? So a treewee on the run from Sust's wolf... coincidence or not? jaRf > Yes wolves are big animals. They are bigger then our average dogs and elves are smaller then humans so when a wolf is getting loose... be prepared |

Strange -I had to go into the {Fan Art Calendar} file to see this. I am still smiling. So much playfulness and fun here. Just a wonderful day in the life-and a small portal into the fun and friendship these two share.
The treewee seems to be having the last word - or is that gesture - I imagine those little monkeys are more annoying than squirrels. Great scene with a good color palette and focus. I just want to laugh along. Thank you for sharing your art AceQuester! |
