Amberfox looks almost like chocolate himself! I think that wavy surface makes it look like he's enjoying some kind of shade!

You've no idea how much this cheered me up. I was confused for a moment when I saw the thumbnail, but laughed when I clicked on it. I've been absent and have fallen behind on art and letters due to illness. I spent over a week getting slammed by more than one issue, even had to do time in the hospital. The day after I got out, I had to fight my harsh meds and rush my parrot to the vet. Almost lost her, but after over a week, I was able to pick her up at the vet's. She's doing much better now, but still has some issues (permanent or temporary, the vet can't say). The holidays were a very subdued affair with my family, but at least we got to spend it all together. Back home now, exhausted and still reeling from being sick. And I want to stress the scan of this does it no justice! The original is even better! Working on a letter now...

Whoa, I hope you and your parrot are doing better, Amberfox! Berit's art has a way of making everyone feel better.
 And yes, the originals look way better (even on that wavy material)! Just beware or Berit will make you try to draw on those too! (He already made me do it...)

Ahhh! Man! why I only just got time to read this! I'm so sorry to hear about what has happened, you take care of yourself now, Amberfox... just take your time and relax... your parrot needs you the most! I hope the damage isn't permanent...
