Your style with its neat sketchy lines is really perfect for this expression of fear! I can almost see his knees shaking!

Hahaha, I think afke hit the nail on the head. He does look like a a bear appeared right in front of him. I missed your Go-Back drawings.

Haha, it is probably meaning something else but my first association was "Whoops, I swallowed my smokepipe!" On the other hand it could be watching a scene with rapidly growing panic.

Thank you all! well, it didn't turn out as I wanted to, I had a slight eye surgery during the time I did this. so I see a LOT of things I could have done better... but thanks!...

Now this is a character I don't see often. He's lovely! He seems terrified! And that's saying a lot, he's a Go-Back after all.

Hurray! More less-than-loved characters! I am stunned this didn't make it into the calendar because this defines the challenge - you simply cannot mistake that expression for happiness or serenity. This poor boy is clearly terrified, but of what, that's up to us to determine! As for the sketchy quality, I think it works perfectly for a GoBack; one's vision can get a bit blurred with those flurries and one's breath in the arctic conditions.

What a perfect match of style and drawing to a picture and character BERIT. I would just love to know what has scared him so much. Great facial expression.
