The colours are so lovely! I really enjoy the composition with the wave, it draws attention to her face quite nicely. And the wave is very very pretty :3

This is, umm, either "Oh, see, somebody with a camera. I have to pose and look cute for the picture." (a bit of vanity?) Or she spotted a loved one and is preparing for a kiss.
