Tee-hee, it's m'face!

Yes, it's Gideonwise and his former ally, the isosceles monster himself, Bill Cipher. I just couldn't resist. Skywise and Gideon Gleeful are a perfect match: they're both obsessed with females (Gideon with just Mabel, Skywise less exclusive), that fluffy, gravity defying (no pun intended) silver-white hair, both always wear blue (although Gideon's choice of polyester leisure suit is a poor substitute for a good leather tunic), both are fixated on space (Skywise on the stars, Gideon on the portal), both are highly charismatic and can gather a wide following...you get the idea. I'm a massive fan of Lil' Gideon and Bill Cipher is the best damn animated villain ever!

Ooookay, I have no idea who these are, as Gravity Falls seems not be broadcasted here... But you got me really interested now!

Yeah, I can't see a listing for it in Germany. Well, I'll try and make this brief and if you're intrigued enough at some point, you can google it for more detail. Twelve year old twins Dipper and Mabel Pines are sent to stay with their great uncle Stanford Pines for the summer in Gravity Falls, Oregon (hence the title). "Gruncle" Stan, as he is called by them, owns the tourist trap full of fake attractions called the Mystery Shack. First episode, Dipper is sent on an errand into the spooky dark forest where he finds a mysterious hidden journal that describes and discusses the fact that Gravity Falls is full of supernatural and paranormal creatures and events. From there, it's the adventures/misadventures of the twins, "Gruncle" Stan, Soos, and Wendy (part time workers at the Mystery Shack).

Gideon Gleeful is a very highly charismatic kid and nemesis of Gruncle Stan that claims to be psychic and runs the Tent of Telepathy, a tourist trap that is a rival for the Mystery Shack. He has the second journal (hence the palm with the #2 on the cover) whereas Dipper has the third. Gideon knows more secrets of the journals and needs all three journals for his nefarious purposes, which includes taking over the Mystery Shack. Gideon reminds me so much of all the nasty little televangelists that have ever tortured the airwaves. Anyway, he summons Bill Mischief Cipher to enter Gruncle Stan's mind and steal a memory from him so Lil' Gideon can accomplish his goals. "Tee-hee, it's m'face" is something Gideon says a lot when he hands out buttons to the public (whom he actually despises, calling them "mouth breathers") as they have his portrait on them.

Bill Mischief Cipher is a mind demon (also referred to as a dream or brain demon) that can manipulate time, space, one's mind/thoughts/memories, etc. He is extremely manipulative and can convince humans to do much of his bidding. The entry of him in Journal #2 states what a wonderful, trustworthy creature he is, but Journal #3 warns not to trust him and NEVER summon him at any cost: he is evil. He operates mostly on the psionic plain rather than the physical realm, but in a recent episode, he ripped the soul from Dipper in order to take possession of his body to destroy a laptop (succeeded) and Journal #3 (failed) that would aid Dipper in solving the mysteries of Gravity Falls. He considers Dipper a threat to his own nefarious plans and sets out to prevent him from doing just that. The sinister glowing yellow triangle is the series main villain and it's hinted that he has caused trouble in the past and is back for more. Bill comes across as helpful and charming, but do not be deceived! And remember the slogan for the series itself - TRUST NO ONE!!!!

Bill cannot manipulate Dipper because Dipper learned how to counter much of his attacks, but when Bill possessed Dipper's body, he did collateral damage to it, including throwing himself down a flight of stairs and stabbing his arm with forks, all the while proclaiming, "Pain is hilarious!" Dipper was in agony when he regained his body ("Ow! Seriously, I need to go to the hospital!") Tomorrow night (Monday 10/27/14) is a new episode which will reveal a big secret. Apparently, there's a secret society that seems to know of Bill and maybe some other mysteries. I figured out a few on my own, but what makes this show fun is that it keeps you guessing and there's a lot of weirdness and secrets to solve; for kids, Soos and Mabel are the show's goofy comedy reliefs. Mabel, though, was the real one that thwarted Bill each time he's shown up - Go Mabel! Anyway, I hope Bill's back in the new episode.
