Interesting using only violet; it works and works well. The full color is still the best as it really allows the viewer to understand what Changestone looks like in all her Technicolor glory. The two on the right side of the image are interesting, but rather pale, especially when viewed large. The upper right corner one might work for an avatar when reduced to the tiny size required, but I still say the full color one is best.
