I just dig this! Just to see the characters from the novels portrayed is wonderful, and I think this is the first I've seen of Cat! Her expression is so great. Cursing the winds themselves, questioning wheter or not she isn't more than just an elf with less wolfblood than her mother and grandfather!

Would you mind if I tried to color this?

That´s a cool pic! very energetic lass! I´d like to see it inked and colored. I´m kind of curious what color scheme you´d choose for her and how it effects the mood. Maybe add a little BG as well?

There will be a background, most definitely. Earth tones with some kind of color. She has been described as having hair like her father, Zarhan, so that will be a key factor in her coloring.

It has bn so long since I read those stories.  But I remember Cat.  I remember how upset Rahnee was when Cat went to find her soulname and found only half of it.  Made me excited because it explained why the wolf blooded had such small syllables for their inner elf self.   With the wolf blood only half of their soul could be found - but it was enough.

(but)  I thought she had short hair.  Makes me want to re read.

I love the costume and the pose does fit her warrior out look.  You are an Inspiration MYKAL.  Glad to see you here at EQFA !

In the book, it said she had hair like her father, and he was described as long hair and braids. I wish we had heard more about her life in the stories. I liked her.

I so agree MYKAL. -   I wish there was more of her.  I use to imagine that she went out on her own; with her two lovemates and some others of the tribe, (and all the unbonded wolves) to start her own holt.  A holt of Wolfriders who knew their fragmented soul names; and believed it was Enough.

Now, do not get me wrong.  Rahnee had a right to be worried about the loss of elven in her daughter, But Cat always seemed the first true wolfrider to me.  One who truly embraced all that the WoTM's had to offer for those wolf blooded And elven.

Yes, Cat was a more fleshed out character than her brother, Ice, was. Hell, I would go even further and say that her one chapter gave her character more depth than any of the stories about Prey-Pacer.

I've never read the novels so I don't know the character, but this picture makes her seem very cool warrior type... I must admit I didn't even know there was novel's until today! but the pose is  just badass and I like how she is glaring in the distance as if to challenge something... cool picture, overall!...
