Siblings
by Dreamcat
Cub Softfur and young Foxtrail from Oakleaf Holt.
Softfur collects minerals, in this pic, she gave her brother her newest treasure as a present. I made this to show the innocent closeness these two siblings share.

Very nice composition. The warm colors emphasize their relationship. I just feel that Softfur's face looks more adult while her body has child proportions. It doesn't quite match for me. Still like this a lot. I don't think we get to see so many pictures concerning sibling relationships. Hm, could just be my imagination though.

yeah, I should´ve make her eyes a little bigger so it looks more child-like... I still like this pic a lot and it was much fun to do. ^^

Actually, eyes stay the same size all your life, they look right. But they are in the middle of her face. The younger you are the lower the eyes are in the face. I think making her head bigger above her eyes would've done the trick as well.

gonna have to agree with he others there, but I also know how she looks as an adult. Drawing child elves is a bit difficult I think, but the crystals in the corner are nice and it helps show the proportions of the body size of the child to the much older Foxtrail
