Oh yay! I cannot help but feel happy that this one made it into the calendar. You know how much I adore your spectacular drawing style and how happy I am that you did an entry for this year's calendar. I still think this is a cute little scence that I could totally imagine to have happened.
Especially because Cutter seemed to have spent a lot of time with Tyleet. All the characters looks so awesome! And not to mentions that lovely, lovely wolf! I hope you will continue to give us more of your wonderful art. |

What attention to detail. I love the work you put into the setting, it really makes it. Touch of humor is good too. I like how Nightfall's wolf looks so aloof and regal and he's about to get *glomped*.

Two of my favourite artists rocked this out together; I think that might make me a little bias.
I will say although it is a tad critical that I was upset by the fact that the smaller panel is simply a crop of the bigger scene. I know, I know Wendy does that all the time and I get annoyed with her too haha. The reason I was upset was because I wanted to see more panels filled with even more pretty stuff but I know you were both busy and worked your butts off to get this ready in time, so I guess I will forgive the matchy panels… but just this once. Next calendar I want a full on fantastic elf party extravaganza. |

All the rich textures and lighting, lovely details, and strong character drawing I expect from you two! Fun idea too. Wonderful!
Yeah, I agree with Maggie - I get annoyed even when Wendy does the copy and paste thing. However, it does work when you need to further the story and are in a time crunch. This is a very strong entry, but could have been even stronger with maybe two long and skinny horizontal panels at the top showing Tyleet and Cutter hunting their prey through the forest and sending about tactics, which would give the big final panel a real "TA DA!" with the reveal that it is Nightfall they are hunting. Still, a very beautiful piece you two created. |

That would have been truly awesome. Again, we can learn from you, Windrider.
But of course, time was of the essence and I couldn't believe who fast silentleaf whipped up this beautiful entry. Really, her work on the characters is so fantastic. It was such a joy to work with the strong basic linework and add what I think I can do best: color! |

You guys are the amazing ones! If it makes you feel better... its actually not cropped HAHA that close up Panel got shrunk down! HAHA! I am so proud of what Treefox and I did here! I literally sent her rough line work and an idea of the colors I wanted to use. she did a fantastic job. I love the idea of long action panels Windrider! next year better and better entries from us I think! ON a FANTASTIC and exciting note! I am finally done with my Bachelors degree! its time to figure out the next stage of life i guess! holy cow! I have a little extra time on my hands. I would love to do some art trades if you ladies would be interested! TREE! I OWE YOU A DRAWING! what do you want you amazing thing you!
I really love doing these calendar entries, every time I do one I learn so much about myself as an artists. I LOVE the growth I see when I look back at all of my entries. |

Congratulations on finishing your bachelor!! Good news for us, too.
Heehee, I would love to get a drawing from you! All the while I am not sure I can do an art trade, as I am really unsure when I will have time to draw again... However, I would really like to see a sexy Rain drawing from you. I have a little weakness for Rain after all... How does that sound? |
