Riddle Tongue
by Guest
My elf Jamirah, mother of Oreanah and another girl, Ceirahn.
She see's visions of the passed, present, and future, and can control her power to the point of she can see what you ask her to see. Like "Will I score a deer in the next hunt?"
"No, but you will get a new scar!"
Kind of thing.
She often speaks in riddles when you're trying to get a serious answer to a question, or when she's bored... Or just because. She can apparently make Beyond and Marakka turn into little kids too... In the "Sit down and listens to what she says" way. She's a huuuge party elf and should not be put in the same room as Beyond when she's in the party mood.
Just nope.

The colors in this are just beautiful. . .
Her bio reminds me of an old button from Lord of the Rings; "Go not to the Elves for council. For they will say both Yes and No". Right ? ? |

Thank you both!
@Tah-Marien: That is exactly her. The other day there was a conversation where I was trying to figure out the father or Oreanah, and she was saying things that suggested it could be this one elf, but then she'd say things that suggested it could never be him. It was frustrating in the least... Which is why she is not an elder of her tribe, thank the high ones! |

Yes the eyes are fascinating, disturbing and yet you cannot look away. There is something human about the eyes, even though I cannot really tell why. The color combination of hair skin and eyes set several focuses which make this portrait especially interesting. Again, it may sound strange, but I love the way you drew her eyebrows.

I think the eyes are haunting because they are so pale and the pupils are so small. But that's what happens with light colored eyes and eyes that are just sensitive to light. It'd be most interesting to see what would happen if she were to meet up with my seerer Torchdance. Torchdance has visions of the future but only the future that will be if nothing is done to change it (so, not set in stone sort of thing). Jamirah certainly has stronger abilities than Torchdance, but Torchdance is definitely an Elder in her tribe and behaves like it. I can imagine some, "No, no, put the goblet down; you've already had enough" sort of gentle scolding. Or, she just might let her get plastered and remind her why she shouldn't do that the next night when the hangover kicks in. The coloring in this is very eyecatching; her eyebrows look realistic, the glint off the jewelry, the warm tones on the cheeks and lips. She's lovely but you definitely get the sense she's not one to be trusted; she looks too playful (in that case, she and Amberfox...oh, boy).

Playful and Jamirah?? Two words I'd never expect to see in the same sentence... For one reason because it doesn't even begin to describe her... Now I am very curious as to Amberfox's personality and how she'd do when thrown in with another strange elf.
(She seemed to tie up Beyond and Marakka's time quite easily... Hehehehe....) Jamirah is actually my first character to actually have set dimples. And for some reason it really matches her... |

Okay, I obviously got that one wrong. Jamirah in this illo looks playful, but in the dangerous sort of way, and the description of her being a party monster...well...
Amberfox is very playful, takes little seriously, and finds amusement in almost everything. Oh, he can fight and hunt with the best of them, but he does so with a broad grin on his face! I really should get around to posting my CISs to this site someday... |
