Pearlsheen and Freshwater

Example of a GOOD Recognition. Pearlsheen and Freshwater had been lovemates for many turns before they Recognized, and they couldn't have been happier about it. To this day, they still act like new lovemates, always teasing, laughing, and touching. They are from a source holt for World Paths that live on the beach (beach bums, not Wavedancers). They are the parents of Oceanbreeze and the grandparents of Chief Skyblade and my Fennecfox in Serengeti Mists, Starborn Peaks. They are based on a couple I know, and I'm fairly happy with how they turned out (oh, sure, I see the flaws, but they're so cute).

Oh the expressions are great! How sassy and cute Pearlsheen's look is! Very nice work also on the body language.

I've never really been entirely happy with the way Freshwater turned out, although it's close to what I envisioned, but I'm happy with Pearlsheen. Pearlsheen is playful and very fun loving. Freshwater is as well, just not quite as much. They're a perfect match and very much in love. Drat...I should do a little more shading on Freshwater's face...Anyway, glad you like them!
