This is the character I adopted over at River Twine Holt.

I just managed to sneak this in at the end of the Winter Quarter. It's not as finished as I wanted it to be but I ran out of time.

I may work on this more at some point but I thought I would share it now, in case it ends up unfinished forever. ;D

This is so incredibly well drawn. O,o
I wish I was better at writing stuff like this, because I really want to write how fantastic I think this is.
The skin, the colors, her expression...It looks almost real!
And her pose. O,O The amount of trouble I've had with female hip and torso areas...May I study this when I'm in trouble?

Thank you for such a kind comment nilla. :)

I'm not all that good at conveying what I really want to say with comments either but I appreciate you letting me know how much you like this (and it's not even finished).

If you need to use it as reference go right ahead. ;D

Beautiful even if unfinished. I love the scarf in her hair. If you ever get a chance to finish it I'm sure it will be spectacular :)

I would so like to see how you draw! It's hard to imagine how you draw like this without making a sketch first. The expression seems somewhat dangerous to me. And yes, he body shape is totally alluring. That nose and lips... I do like that some parts of this are more refined than others. Nice! I am sure looking forward to see more are from you of your freshly adopted character.

I agree with Treefox, it would be awesome to see your process! You should make a livestream account or something.

Haha, a livestream account, yes if you want to watch the brush just sit there while I hum and haw over what to do next. I was thinking of maybe doing a step by step type thing to show what I do. I'm not sure how well it will go over as I tend to forget to save. ;D

Maybe record your screen and speed it up and post it to a video sharing site?
I'd also like to see your process, your art is so fantastic it really has me wondering what the steps are for how it gets that way.

I agree her face has an amazing photorealistic quality to it, but her eyes do seem more human than elf (but I'm just one of those "big elf eyes" sort). Her wrist seems a bit off, the one closest to the viewer, but it sure is hell a lot better than what I could draw. I honestly can't stop looking at that face; you have such a way with coloring and shading that truly bring the character to life. I'm deeply envious!

Oh i see what you’re saying amber! The face is proportioned like and elf but the eyes are human sized! But she is so hot works for her!

Wow, thank you for all the comments guys. Much appreciated.

@Amberfox - She's really not finished that is why pretty much anything below her face isn't quite right. As for her eyes I am trying to come to a happy medium between my style and Wendy's. I always just did EQ elves but I figured I should try and do a little of me and a little EQ, so the eyes are a work in progress. ;D
