The fear
by Saree
At the moment there is quite some action over there at River Twine Holt. Three scouting/lookout groups were sent out to protect the tribe. Here is the first one: Honey and Moss.
My first pic done with pen and ink EVER!!!! You know, the stuff where you have a penholder, a removable pen and an ink flask to dip into.
Although it has it´s flaws I was quite proud of it afterwards. (I was too scared to ruin it by adding more shades.)
Inking birches is soooo much fun. Never thought that.

First one? Positively awesome! I know what you mean by being afraid to ruin it by adding more shading in ink... It's really not easy. That's why I choose the sneaky way and shade with pencils.

Wonderfully done! Birch trees...now why didn't I think of that? I don't think you could've ruined this by adding any more shading, but I think this is just fine as it is. As it is, it is clean and really shows the stark imagry of winter. It's good to see Honey doing something more than moping, and I wonder why Moss isn't with Goldspice unless it would've been too distracting for them both.
