Into the Forest

Wow oh wow, I did not expect this to end up as creepy as it did. I drew this back in january as a happy picture...
Now it scares even me.
I put a lot of work into this so I decided to upload in the gallery
This is my elf self without a whole lot of details as I usually do.... Oops. I inked it in school and just now got around to coloring it on GIMP.
I did a speedpaint of this also. I'll be putting it on youtube later.
Story behind this, I guess, is that the humans just chased her and her mother out of their holt and they got seperated in the forest. They find each other again soon and a tribe of wolfriders.... Not sure what tribe though. Still working on her story.
Her arm with the knife is blurred because its supposed to look like she's bringing it up.... That kind of got lost in translation when I colored it.

O.o I really adore her pants.
The picture has the right atmosphere for somebody who's been cased by a group of humans and find them self in a unknown place. I can't wait to hear more about her and her mother. O.o |

Thank you, her pants were fun and easy to color!
I so far have a couple idea pictures of her mother, nothing really official since I haven't completely decided on her outfit but Shadowtree is done. I also have to figure out her fathers design... And yay! I'm glad I got it right! That's actually exactly whats happening. More work ahead for their story, right? |

Oh yeah, that mood is superb! The expression, the way she stands! Like it!
Love her outfit, too. Still am a sucker for shoulder-free outfits. Like the feathers and clothing as well. |

Thank you very much! I didn't know if it was too much blue but I guess the brown boots and white feathers kinda keeps it all together.
