Oh yes, this is the essence of Moonshade! Everything she should be.
Just as utterly beautiful, mysterious, deep eyed and Wolfrider-ish as I could hope for.
You actually draw wolves very well! Was the action pose done with felt tip pens??? Wow! That must have taken ages! It gives a beautiful structure to the picture.

Moonshade's one on my favs. I love her chocolately colored hair and her amethyst eyes. The wolf is very handsome.

Almost naked howling, a surefire way to relieve stress. This is very pretty.

Treefox - thanks a lot! I already drew Moonshade, but every time it's a new experience for me. Catch her mysterious image is a rather difficult task, but interesting.
I can draw wolves only using photographs, but I hope that soon I will be able to draw it on my imagination. And I used markers, because this is the most rapid method of drawing. =)
Mirror - Oh my God, your recognition makes me glow! I'm so embarrassed. >\\\<
silentleaf - thanks! I was hoping to portray her this way. =3
Midnight - Thank you, very nice to know that you like the wolf too!
Maggie - Thanks, I think it is worth trying this method)

Everything in her portrait is so shiny! It makes her look fragile and beautiful too. Plus I love how you've used both brown and blue in her hair, looks like a good mix for her.

Thank you! It was a little strange choice of colors, but effective, I hope.)

Very effective I'd say! It gives me this "bathed in moonlight" feeling that is just perfect for Moonshade.

Ooowww ... I love that you have combined the howling wolfsister with the moth fabric Ahnshen has envisioned for her. Strong contrast - and it flatters her delicate skin. Beautiful headshot of the thoughtful elder ... dreamy eyes. Last not least Moonshade calm and content with her wolffriend - a peaceful sight. The symmetry in the pose of the wolf and rider makes me think they are one soul.

I think the effect of using black, brown, and blue was exactly what was needed for this. No one has just one or two colors in their hair, and for those artists (like yourself) that can blend colors or shades into the hair smoothly, it's an enviable talent. Of course the pinup illo is stunning, it just radiates Moonshade. The image is Moonshade herself: fragile, delicate, yet strong and bold; pure contradictions that mesh into one and make it work. The one of her with her wolf is lovely, but for me she looks like she was relaxing and by herself for some quiet time when someone - maybe us - happened upon her. She looks a bit startled, but still lovely.

Wow, that waving cloth must have been a lot of work. Her pinup pose looks like she's about to kiss somebody. <3 *purr*
