Ballpoint pen base Rayek

Yeah, more testing with the ballpoint pen based skincoloring, this is older than the Shenshen http://www.elfquestfanart.com/index.php?action=media;sa=item;in=3193 drawing, and yet again. left unfinished, I think I'm not going to finish this, however, it was meant to be a quick test anyway...

An interesting technique. For some reason, when I look at this, I think this looks as if the paper got wet! Maybe it's the lighter and blurrier parts that fool me..

This was done on a too thin paper, and you know what happens i you color thin paper heavily with ballpoint pen? the paper it self gets wavy, thay's why this technique should be used only on thick paper... but it's only a test, so...

That ... is a little bit scary. I love the look of him also the colour of the skin. The ears are just great - meaning in both ways. Large and gorgeous.
