Daughter of the forest

Well, renewing my presence here as added fire to the artistic flame. I decided I needed add something more current.
This is Midnight. She's the character that I claimed for my own in Keepers of the forest. She's a play mate and friend to Nighthawk, Firefox, Firefly and Cricket. The 5 were the main characters in the story I did. I always imagined Midnight ending up as lifemates with Nighthawk, but that hasn't come about.......yet(?)
So this is the new and improved version.

She is beautiful. very interesting stylized background. Lovely how the trees seem almost transparent.

Very stunning character, such large, come-hither eyes. She seems curious and beckoning, quite playful. Busy little girl with four lovemates, but I can see why. Love the background as well, just works to showcase the character even more. The columns in the background do remind me, however, of spyrogyra. Maybe they're just close to a water source.
