Yeah, she has serious attitude.
 I love the surly set of her lips and the position of her left hand (like that bent finger is fiddling with something petulantly, almost like a cat's tail twitching).

Yeah, she looks like a bold and assertive if not aggressive character. She almost seems to be asking for someone to start trouble with her. The character design is really dynamic and eyecatching. The coloring and shading really work well and draw you further into the image. I'd really like to see more of this character.
