Heh. Well, Jeedai did say she dwells in the very deep seas. Even in RL things from the deep seas look alien. =)

I honestly can't remember. I think she is immortal and just had her legs shaped into a tail and just had the ability to glow.
I could be wrong tho. |

To answer questions, she's a deep-sea elf based on a lanternfish. Born fishtailed. I figure her people are kinda like the aquatic equivalent of Go-Backs, so probably not immortal. The alieness of this pic totally works.
