Goodbye Vincent

Some of you Might have been wondering where I have been, Well, I was deeply depressed since my 19 year old cat, Vincent, passed away... you might remember him from my previous drawing http://www.elfquestfanart.com/index.php?action=media;sa=item;in=1357 he had been there for the most of my life, so it felt quide empty... he had cancer, and there was nothing I could do to save him... but atleast he had a good long life... Rest in peace, dear old friend...

Oh, Berit, I am so very sorry to hear of your loss! I have had to make hard decisions before and it's never easy, no matter how long or what a good life they may have had. It hurts just as much even if it is quick; it's never easy...or fair (if there is any fairness in life). It has brought tears to my eyes, it is a loving, touching tribute to a lost loved one. I howl for you and Vincent.

This one has made me cry... and made me think of our loved cat who died two years ago, also at the age of 19.

A very belayed hug from me too... I have a 17-year old cat at home, that's been quite sick for a while now.... I know how you feel. I HATE the phrase "it's just an animal".

I hate the phrase too, everytime I hear it, I really want to punch someones teeth in... oh no... I hope your cat gets better!... what is her/his name?... I have 6 cats currently... once I had 12... I'm thinking about drawing a picture of every one I have lost...
