Emoriana - Work In Progress
by Amberfox
**SPOILER ALERT** for Chieftess Sorrell
This illo is a work in progress. It is a newer drawing done shortly before I badly sprained my wrist. I just need to add border and background, maybe a bit more shading in the face.
Emoriana is Sorrell's character in Three Holts Alliance, Stone Tower faction. She is an Ancient and the leader of the Mystik Caste. She is refined and graceful, and I just imagined her trying on a new outfit made for her. Hope you approve, Sorrell.
Yes! She IS bald - and I DREW HER! So there; take that, you hair haters.
Emoriana is Chieftess Sorrell's character in Three Holts Alliance, run by Chieftess Sorrell.

I know, a bald elf drawn by me - weird, huh. But I like the challenge. Glad she turned out okay, I really wanted to push it by drawing her to the front which would be more difficult to hide flaws. I also wanted to have the dress flowing and shaded because I felt it might add a bit more drama to her. Thank you for your comments, ladies!

She really does look beautifully feminine, despite the lack of hair. And you're right about the drama of the shading of the fabric -- it's complex and eye-catching without overwhelming the "simplicity" of her head and features.

Ooooh, this is very, very nice. I'm impressed by her boots. (I also agree with everything that's been said about the dress, too!)

Surprisingly, the design is all my own. See? I can design clothes; most of my characters just live in areas where less is best. I'm really glad I was able to show she was very feminine and almost delicate in a dramatic dress that didn't obscure her.
Oh, and I've actually posted two other bald elves: Azreala and Proudlion (although he's wearing a scarf on his chrome dome). |

That dress and the fact that she's bold IS breathtaking. I think the dark black dress makes her beautiful features stand out more.
