I was looking forward to see your entry so much! And as always, you do not disappoint.
This scene is warm and full of life, I just wish to be there. Somehow seeing your version of Nightfall and her parents makes it easier for me to accept that Longreach and Brownberry really were her parents. Nightrunner makes such a cute cub. |

Lovely work as usual, I love puppy Nightrunner he is so cute and Cubling Cutter is so little and cute  I also love all the character you have put into BrownBerry looks especially lovely and there really isn't enough Fanart of her (Makes a mental note to draw some of old wolfriders) wonderful work on this I always love to see your art work

Wonderful moment, and so eloquently drawn. Your likenesses of the elves are always so spot-on!
(Your pictures always feel like "home" to me...and I just figured out why today. You live near where I grew up! I can feel the seasons and light of the Northeast in your art.) |

Foxeye -- ha! You're right, I get a lot of inspiration from hiking around here, in all seasons. A short time back, I had this sort of epiphany that tree-trunks largely aren't "brown", at least not a warm brown; rather, they're more of a warm greyish color, and I've tried to use that ever since. Imagine my surprise when I went to the west coast for the first time last summer, visiting California, and was suddenly surrounded by trees with warm, reddish-brown trunks! It really made me realize how very different the woods of the Northeast are from the woods of the west; and that's probably true of other woods I haven't gotten to visit yet.
