*giggle* I'm so delighted to see so much Nightfall this year!
You're brilliant at creating certain moods in your pictures and this one just shines! The warm greens of the wood and the light is so, so beautiful. |

Out of all the pictures from this year, this is the one I'd like to live in. ^_^ The greens, blues, and golds are soooo inviting.

Heee, now that I can view the bigger version, I can take a look at those priceless faces of Cutter and Skywise in the back. *giggles* Poor Redmark (he still has the old name in this timeline, right?) suddenly seems to be pleasantly surprised with a kiss, he did not expect. I love his expression.

I LOVE the painterly quality of the background in this -- so impressionistic, and just overflowing with light! You got it perfectly.
 I really love the moment, too -- great expressions, especially on the two spying boys in the background. (And I like the small detail that Redmark isn't wearing his golden circlet, and Nightfall isn't wearing her head-scarf -- it helps to underline that this is a younger version of the characters.) Fantastic job.
