Wow. Lol. I don't remember this piece being so....fluorescent. So I did this back when I hated Teir...(don't hit me)---I only hated him because I'd never read any stories about him and EVERYONE kept requesting picture of him. Seriously. It's a pain to draw a character that you have no emotional connection to. But now I like him, so life is good. I used alot of reference on Ember for this because I drew it out and it looked NOTHING like her. Wendy has a very specific (and wonderful) way of doing Elven profiles, and sadly, I draw profiles nothing like her.
Obvious use of the prompt I think. They is under the rain.....

I am glad you no longer hate Teir. And yet for not knowing him back then, you were very apt in his behavior. He so would hang upside down from a tree with a large leaf just to keep the rain off her. (Insofar as looking like her, profile aside, the body shape is very much her. And frankly, that's what dominates here more than the mostly-hidden profile, so I think it was a success.) |

This somehow reminds me of a Japanese woodcut...only better. And don't be hard on yourself; I think you did a terrific job with Ember's profile.

i hope you dont mind that i put this picture on my binder....when it was raining one day, water got on it and it just looked sooo amazing

It's actually sort of an humorous picture. Does Teir actually think he can shield Ember from the rain with such a puny leaf? Hehehehe...
