Bald Wavedancer for Micinjensue

This drawing was for Micinjensue at the Scroll of Colors, who was facing the prospect of chemotherapy and wanted to see pictures of strong, happy, bald elves - especially Wavedancers.
I don't think this unnamed elf is really Windrider as an elf (Windrider would be sailing a fast and crazy "wing raft"), but this drawing does show my affinity for the sea.

I know I've seen the sketch and color version somewhere else before and I loved them immediately. The sketch seems to have something on its own that the color version doesn't, although the color version has something on its own the ink doesn't. Does that make sense? Must be I'm at work; can't form an intelligent sentence. Anyway, the illo is gorgeous and the character is beautiful - bald and all!
