Yereh and Tuftear

A little pen sketch I did on the back of a card to an old college buddy. Her elf-name was "Tuftear" because she had an affinity for owls and because she had these big tufts of blond hair by the side of her face that never stayed in her braid. She's living in North Carolina while I'm in Southern California, hence the terrain (and the little squirrel on her side is a token of the critter she did her doctoral thesis on).

I think it's very sweet when someone draws something on letters or cards! I really like that!... this really is very sweet picture, and the details have a meaning... a lovely picture...
