Icemoon Critique please

Okay so the Scanner ate the colors on this for that I apologize ^^;
on another note I really should have gotten Afke 's picture done first but it met with a small accident in the form of one of my overly artistic little niece's and I haven't had the will to redraw it yet
Sorry Afke, I definitly will get it finished next I promise
EDIT
So I decided to ask for a Critique on this so that I can get some oppinions on what I can work on and get better at for future reference, I can't change the picture but anythoughts on what I need to work on will help

Well, since we can't see the original colors, I can tell you that these still look amazing! Really love the contrast of the brilliant, multi-toned blue/green, and the bright flowers, with the white hair and the b&w background. And I love what you did with putting all those figures in the background! Must have driven you nuts -- but the effect is worth it!

Oooh, yay, a critique request! Haven't had too many of those lately. *rub hands eagerly*
That said, there's not a heckuvalot to critique insofar as anatomy is concerned. This is probably one of your best pieces, not just in terms of sound anatomy, but posture and liveliness. The right leg is perhaps a little bit thin, but you've probably seen that already. I would recommend...maybe do some practice with 3/4 head angle and the near eye? This is often a trouble-spot of yours, that the angle of the eyes doesn't quite match the angle of the mouth. If you cover the mouth her eyes look good, and if you cover the left eye, the whole face looks good, but altogether it looks a wee bit awkward. (If you aren't sure what I mean, let me know and I can do a drawover, though I think I might have done something for this with Crescent.) |

@Sgaana: ahh thankyou, yeah the BG took alot of time but I wasn't quite nuts by the end it was actually alot of fun fitting all the elements into it X3 perhaps I'm just a glutton for punishment lol
@ Afke: <3 thankyou and your's is in progress  @Icemoon: YAY I'm glad that to like it I had so much fun working on her @Foxeye: Thankyou The BG's have been alot of fun though time consuming so there definitly will be more pics with these kinds of BG Thankyou for the Critique I agree that is one of my trouble spots and yes you did show me on the Crescent pic which had been very helpful btw I just need to keep practicing until I get it right ^^ Thankyou again for the Critique I will work hard to improve
